How reverse punch recipe 5 gallon to a smaller portions?
I have the recipe below and want to know how can easily scale this down to a more manageable to serve. 1-gal of any clear 1-gal rum rum coconut 1-5 of Campari 1-gal orange juice 1-gal pineapple juice Mix and add an ice pack. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Everything is equal in proportion, except for Campari, which is very bitter, appears to be used to offset the sweetness of the juices. Just use equal portions of everything. A gallon of equal 16 cups. For only want 1 gallon of punch measure 4 cups each ingredient and about 1 / 4 cup Campari, gives a very sweet, if you add more Campari. Like the recipe, have fun.
