Discussion Forum flag-off with an observation of openness of information and entertainment by Prof. Amatokwu. In his speech, welcomed the invitation by the equally Ibusa Association, While acknowledging that the discussion was very timely. He further noted that Ibusa always been in the spotlight socio-cultural, and related how the story Ibusa Ekumeku registered and wars of cassava. He described the military value of Ibusa in the words of a British anthropology who described how Ibusa trenches used for prosecute the war. He recalled the history of healthy competition between Ibusa, Asaba, Okpanam and Ogwashi-Uku in which Ibusa triumphed with the number of military officers in Nigeria who prosecuted the war in Biafra in Nigeria and the largest number of teachers in the city. According to him, Ibusa has emerged as the main source of Delta State.

In the culture of Otogwu wear clothing which is dying in Ibusa, Bob Florence Okonkwo spoke about the need to dress in the dress code for traditional occasions. Professor Fidel Amatokwu further suggests that designers become versatile in the art of Otogwu tissues and lead the youth market in the form of jeans, scarves, skirts, pants, and, in general, like beauty clothing will ensure that people buy. For him, the Yoruba scholars popularized the Asho-oke clothing, and scholars Ibusa can do the same if Otogwu is to remain with the company Ibusa.

First to talk about Consciousness Development Community was Mr. Alex Okonma which strongly called for the dissemination of information which it considers very reinforce the spirit of consciousness community development, agrees that the lack Ibusa average man. Empowering young people to think along these lines was recommended by him. Mr. Peter Egbuchua towed along these lines, but markedly lamented the fact that Ibusa is a community with the highest number of teachers and scholars, however, this community has no single higher education institution of their own, located in the city. He blamed the ugly situation in Ibusa people who have never thought of this, and advised that something in this way do to give the community a tertiary institution.

Ibusa that people do not want to retire and return home to be part of the system, claiming to be an area that continue to negatively affect the city in terms of development because people Ibusa allow others to govern. His recommendation is that Ibusa people must be part of the government, which is the only form of city development can be guaranteed. Prof. Amatokwu to add to this by saying Ibusa that people who are not socially responsible to their young, and that young Ibusa are entitled to participate in the protests. Employment rates for North advocated Oshimili should be increased to accommodate Ibusa persons are also entitled to employment in government establishments. This is the only means through which marginalization Ibusa of people will be brought to an end, said

Reciting the recent incident of crime that almost lost in the football tournament 2008 Ibusa violence, loss of networks of young unknown target position of the city, the moderator, asked Mr. Emeka Emmanuel Esogbue Kwasa Amatokwu to discuss the issue of violence, which is fast taking a shine to Ibusa as a people. Mr. Amatokwu who spoke frowned upon what it described as one of dependency on language English dialect Ibusa detriment. For him the permanent forum for discussion must have at least been identified with the language of Ibusa. He said that some of Ibusa Young people can not adequately express themselves in the dialect of Ibusa, is in itself a problem.

He quickly pointed out that Ibusa has a problem as a city, and that our parents have failed, but all amendments are necessary to correct this problem, which is quite the reason there is a meeting underway in Lagos between the V10 and the Corps of Ibusa professionals headed by Mr. Ike Nwabuoku, with himself (Amatokwu) where staff Community Relations between Lagos and Ibusa. This arrangement he hoped to correct a lot of mistakes made by our elders. He called for the empowerment of â ŒEgbeniâ € € (Local Monitoring Group), paying them monthly salaries.

He condemned the attitude of young people who have become very violent around the city with Aggers d. regretted that if these youth becoming tomorrow's leaders, then you need a Ibusa re-thinking about redirecting them to improve the future of the city. Mention was made of how the payment of the room where the â € œIfe Ibusa Nasome € event held in Lagos was supported by only two people in an attempt to project the good image of sports Ibusa everyone. He suggested the need for Ibusa to rise as a city and an embrace of development, and achieve this goal, networking is necessary.

This was the turn of Mr. Ike Nwaokoloba to speak, and began with a note pretty good call for the projection and promotion of Ibusa language among the inhabitants of the city. He also spoke about the need for Ibusa peace, which he said should start in every home, because Ibusa Ibusa must be protected. He spoke in favor of women entrepreneurs capable Ibusa and raise funds to sponsor their own children. Young people, he said, should be shaken to achieve results, move and join the elderly for the development of the city. He concluded that Ibusa needs peace, because possible, and prosperity followed. For him, identifying with Obuzor camp will Diokpa or anything.

Mr. Henry Chiedu Halim spoke about the need to strengthen our culture, arguing that the problem the city faces right now radiates from our homes. The question of â € œmiracle € centers will not help to grow our education. Parents are aware of the existence of secret cults, their children will be owned but do nothing to deter them. Many of our parents also encourage their children to acquire wealth fraudulently. Ibusa compared the situation with the construction of a large mansion in a weak base that is bound to collapse. His advice is that parents guide their children to be useful to society in Ibusa in particular and the nation at large.

Participants from several others also conveyed his views on the situation of Ibusa, but a strength in the hands of the whole world is that society is suffering Ibusa, and this can be corrected if only we approach it really seriously, interest and sincerity. The commitment of everyone is necessary if we want to achieve, then all, no one is too small to contribute.

Many of those visited by officials Ibusa equally Association also spoke in the same direction. Obi (Prof.) Chike Onwuachi believes Ibusa elders have failed in the city, and it would be difficult for young people of the city to correct this situation, so it is the responsibility of the elders of the city in partnership with young people to solve this problem and not pass it on to the next generation. It expresses the belief also that the instrument of radicalism and gradualism will bring much appreciated the peace and unity to the city. Your warm welcome to members of Ibusa equally Association and congratulated for their efforts in seeking peace and unity of Ibusa. He expressed the view that the only truth, love and compassion Ibusa will save the current crisis.

Mr. Austin Abuah, meanwhile, called for strengthening Ibusa culture, lamenting the inability of today Ibusa € ™ s youth to communicate effectively in Ibusa dialect, and the situation in which our young people are hanging up clothes on their shoulders during Otogwu funerals, with the elders did not rebuke them. He also thanked members of Ibusa equally Association who visited him and said he was delighted at the theme of â € œSocio-cultural Development Ibusaâ € he said was what I needed Ibusa. Ibusa has been said that some elements of development when we consider the achievements of our illustrious sons and daughters who are achievers in their efforts to diverse life. He promised to grace the next program Ibusa equally Association, provided and when you have to do with the development of the village.
